Artists in Conversation: The World of Bach
May 02, 2027
From: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Two pianists share their approaches to Bach through conversation and live musical examples at the Miami Beach Woman’s Club. Nick van Bloss and Albert Cano Smit present The World of Bach on Sunday, May 2, 2027 as part of the Miami International Piano Festival’s Artists in Conversation series.
Drawing on their longstanding relationships with Bach’s music, the pianists discuss its structure, expressive possibilities and spiritual dimensions. Performance and personal reflection offer listeners a closer look at how each musician interprets the composer’s work.
Specific repertoire has not yet been announced. Tickets will go on sale through the festival.
