Open-fire cooking, Argentine food, wine and live music take over Hialeah Park for the fourth edition of the Campeonato del Asado Argentino. Taking place Sunday, November 15 as the second day of Argentina Experience Weekend, the event brings eight grillmasters together to compete for the championship while visitors explore food, cultural programming and two stages of live entertainment.
The culinary program centers on asado alongside Argentine favorites including empanadas and choripanes, with wines and other food offerings available throughout the day. Live music includes La Mosca and Caril Paura, while Origen Mate’s Patio Matero explores mate culture through tastings, classes, yoga and wellness activities. A Kids Zone adds family programming to the festival.
The event runs from noon to 9 p.m. General admission, VIP and family ticket options are available, with children under 10 admitted free with general admission.
