Awkward Dinner: Caribbean Connections takes place Wednesday, June 11 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami. Presented by South Florida People of Color and the City of North Miami in recognition of Caribbean American Heritage Month, the event is part of The Awkward Conversation series—known for encouraging candid discussions about race, identity and lived experience over a communal meal.
Tickets are $65.75 and include dinner. Space is limited to maintain an intimate environment conducive to connection and conversation.
