Balance Builders With the Bass Museum of Art
Nov 20, 2026 - Nov 22, 2026
Daily through Nov 22, 2026
Fri: 11:30 PM - 2 PM | Sat-Sun: 12:30 PM - 3 PM
Everyday objects become balancing sculptures in a family art activity inspired by the installations of Yuko Mohri. Balance Builders With The Bass Museum of Art takes place November 20–22 at the Children’s Alley Create! Canopy at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus in Downtown Miami, as part of Miami Book Fair.
Drawing on Mohri’s work on view at The Bass, families will experiment with connection, movement and balance, discovering how small adjustments change the structure and behavior of their creations.
Sessions take place:
- Friday, November 20: 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Saturday, November 21: 12:30–3 p.m.
- Sunday, November 22: 12:30–3 p.m.
The activity is free.
