Bass Babies

Toddlers and their caregivers explore art, music and sensory play through hands-on activities at The Bass in Miami Beach. Offered every Thursday and Saturday through November 21, Bass Babies introduces young children to colors, shapes, patterns, numbers and letters while encouraging creativity and self-expression.

Led by teaching artist Paloma Dueñas, the multidisciplinary sessions use art-making and music to build sensory awareness, early learning and pre-literacy skills. Activities are also designed to support caregiver-child bonding and help young participants become more comfortable with the transition from home to a classroom environment.
