Beaux Arts Festival
Jan 17, 2026 - Jan 18, 2026
A long-running South Florida tradition returns to the University of Miami campus with a juried outdoor art festival that brings together fine art, live programming, and family-friendly experiences.
The Beaux Arts Festival of Art takes place January 17–18, 2026, marking its 75th anniversary along Stanford Drive in front of the Lowe Art Museum on the University of Miami campus. The two-day festival features more than 200 juried fine art exhibitors from across the country, representing a wide range of mediums and price points, and awards over $20,000 in prizes to participating artists. Festival hours run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, and admission is free.
In addition to museum-quality artwork, the festival includes live music, interactive art activities for children and adults, and a marketplace highlighting local vendors and food offerings. Returning highlights include the Children’s Art Park, where young visitors can create their own artwork, and the Community Art Tent, offering hands-on activities designed for all ages. A beer and wine garden will also be on site, featuring selections from local breweries and wineries.
Founded in 1952, Beaux Arts has spent more than seven decades supporting arts education and access in South Florida. Proceeds from the festival benefit free admission to the Lowe Art Museum as well as Beaux Arts’ educational outreach programs, which introduce art to thousands of students from underserved communities each year. The festival remains 100% volunteer-run and continues its mission of fostering art appreciation across generations.
