Breakfast in the Park

Art, conversation and community come together as the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum FIU hosts its 21st Annual Breakfast in the Park.

Taking place Sunday, December 7, this signature Art Week tradition invites guests to enjoy a light breakfast surrounded by sculpture and nature on the museum grounds. Part of the Steven & Dorothea Green Critics’ Lecture Series, the event continues a decades-long legacy of welcoming leading artists, curators and scholars to engage with the South Florida community.

Since its founding, Breakfast in the Park has featured notable figures such as Alfredo Jaar, Jenny Holzer, Jeffrey Gibson, Edwidge Danticat and María Magdalena Campos-Pons. This year’s gathering offers an opportunity to reflect, connect and celebrate the dialogue between art and ideas that continues to shape Miami’s cultural landscape.
