Brunch Matinee Latino with Drag Show

A monthly brunch experience on Calle Ocho blends Latin cuisine, drag performance and a daytime dance party in Little Havana. Every first Sunday, Brunch Matinee Latino transforms Bargean Miami into a space where dining, performance and celebration unfold in two distinct acts.

From noon to 5 p.m., the event begins with a brunch show experience featuring à la carte Latin dishes, cocktails and live drag performances that spotlight talent, charisma and cultural expression. As the afternoon progresses, the atmosphere shifts into a matinée-style party with DJ sets, dancing and a high-energy social vibe that carries the celebration into the early evening.

Created by Proyecto 8, the event is designed for the Latin LGBTQ+ community and its allies, emphasizing inclusion, visibility and connection. Bargean Miami, known for its LatinAegeo culinary approach, serves as the host venue for this recurring gathering.
