Caribbean music, food and open-air socializing set the tone for a recurring brunch party at Dunns-Josephine Hotel in Historic Overtown. Brunch Unda Di Tree begins Saturday, July 11, with future editions planned for every second Saturday.
Presented by Mojito Entertainment, the event brings a Caribbean-inspired party atmosphere to the hotel, with music, bites and social gathering under the trees. Guests can expect a 21-and-over event centered on music, food and a relaxed outdoor setting.
General admission is $30.52 via Eventbrite. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress and RSVP online in advance.
Dunns-Josephine Hotel is a boutique property rooted in the history of Historic Overtown, once a major center of Black culture and entertainment during segregation. The hotel’s name honors Dunn’s Hotel and the legacy of Josephine Baker, connecting the property’s hospitality experience to the neighborhood’s cultural past.
