Candlelight: Tribute to Drake

String quartet arrangements rework Drake’s R&B, hip-hop and pop catalog in a candlelit concert setting at Miami’s Scottish Rite Temple. Candlelight: Tribute to Drake takes place Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, January 17.

Performed by Collins Quartet Miami, the tribute program features instrumental versions of songs from across Drake’s career. The tentative set list includes “Passionfruit,” “Marvins Room,” “Headlines,” “Take Care,” “God’s Plan,” “Controlla,” “Sticky” and “Hold On, We’re Going Home.”

Part of the Candlelight concert series, the performance is designed as a multi-sensory chamber music experience illuminated by candlelight. Each concert runs approximately 60 minutes, with doors opening one hour before showtime and closing five minutes before the performance begins. Late entry is not permitted. The event is open to ages 8 and older, and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
