Cars & Croquetas at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Classic cars, croquetas and Miami food culture come together at Fontainebleau Miami Beach for a family-friendly fundraiser supporting blood cancer research. Cars & Croquetas takes place Sunday, June 21, bringing Chef Michael Beltran’s annual community event to Miami Beach for its fourth year. The free-to-attend gathering features vintage car displays from the 1950s, 60s and 70s, along with food and drinks available for purchase.
Founded by Beltran, chef and owner of Ariete Hospitality Group, the event began in Coconut Grove and benefits Blood Cancer United, a cause connected to Beltran and his family. Food offerings include croquetas and barbecue classics from Chug’s Diner, Drinking Pig BBQ and Fontainebleau’s culinary team, with cocktails by J.F. Haden’s available for purchase.
Additional programming includes desserts from Fontainebleau’s in-house patisserie, a live cigar roller from Kingmakers, charity raffles and a DJ playing old-school Miami sounds. Discounted valet parking is available for locals.
