Experience a morning of reflection and sensory connection in a ceremonial gathering at Miami Beach Botanical Garden. Ceremony of the Heart: Cacao & Gong Immersion in the Garden takes place Saturday, July 19, offering a blend of heart-opening rituals and restorative sound in a natural setting.
The session begins with smudging and a blessing to center the body and mind, followed by a ceremonial cacao ritual intended to support inner clarity and emotional presence. Participants are then guided through Yoga Nidra meditation and a gong sound bath featuring crystal bowls and chimes, designed to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance. The experience concludes with a sharing circle to aid in integration. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket and any items for comfort. It is recommended to avoid caffeine and alcohol before and after the session.
