Experience a memorable evening of culinary delights at the launch of The Chef’s Table on the Bay series, a new all-star chef culinary experience hosted by The Deering Estate Foundation. For the series’ kick off event, award-winning Chefs Cindy and Ashley Hutson of Cerveceria La Tropical and formerly of Ortanique team up to prepare a Havana Nights themed cooking and dining experience.

Set against the estate’s scenic courtyards, the dynamic dinner experience features a three-course seafood dinner paired with succulent wines. Golden Rule Seafood will host the raw bar and charcuterie during the cocktail hour. As part of the evening’s highlight’s, the guest chef’s will be demoing and presenting each course and wine expert Michael Thaler will be sharing thoughts on the pairings. For the grand finale, Thaler will finish off the evening with a bourbon cocktail lesson.
