CHOPIN Salons: Magdalena Baczewska
Jan 24, 2027
From: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Polish-American pianist Magdalena Baczewska brings a wide-ranging keyboard career to the Miami Beach Woman’s Club for the winter edition of the Chopin Foundation’s seasonal salon series. Presented Sunday, January 24, the recital is followed by a wine reception, with an optional catered dinner offering guests additional time to mingle with the artist and fellow classical music listeners.
Baczewska is a concert pianist, harpsichordist and educator who serves as senior lecturer in music and director of the Music Performance Program at Columbia University. She has appeared as a soloist with ensembles including the San Francisco Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra and China National Symphony, and has collaborated with artists such as Joshua Bell and Tan Dun. Her repertoire spans Baroque through contemporary music, reflecting a career that moves between performance, scholarship and teaching.
The CHOPIN Salons combine recital performances with a social gathering in the historic Miami Beach Woman’s Club. General admission includes the concert and wine reception, while a separate ticket option adds dinner. Chopin Foundation members receive complimentary admission to the concert and reception.
