Christmas Dinner at ADRIFT Mare

Christmas Day dining pairs a Mediterranean-inspired menu with Biscayne Bay views at ADRIFT Mare, chef David Myers’ restaurant and cocktail bar on the 25th floor of Brickell Arch. The $75 menu begins with Osetra caviar served with focaccia and whipped ricotta, citrus olives and Spanish chorizo with Manchego cheese for the table. Entrée selections include grilled lamb chops with salsa verde, crispy capers, lemon and roasted garlic or Maine lobster ravioli with Meyer lemon sauce.

Family-style sides include brown butter potato purée with beef gravy and braised Swiss chard. Dessert choices are MARE baklava with pistachio sponge and walnut ice cream or Basque cheesecake with mixed berry compote. A 20% service charge, 7% sales tax and 2% Miami-Dade food and beverage tax apply.
