Christmas Eve Dinner at ADRIFT Mare

Christmas Eve dining takes on a Mediterranean influence at ADRIFT Mare, chef David Myers’ restaurant and cocktail bar on the 25th floor of Brickell Arch, with views of Biscayne Bay.

The holiday menu offers a choice of prime roast beef with green peppercorn sauce or Maine lobster ravioli with Meyer lemon, accompanied by family-style brown butter potato purée, beef gravy and braised Swiss chard. Dessert selections include MARE baklava with pistachio sponge and walnut ice cream or Basque cheesecake with mixed berry compote.
