Clean Miami Beach: Miami Beach PD Beach Cleanup

Help protect the ocean and support community partnership efforts at this all-ages beach cleanup hosted by Clean Miami Beach in collaboration with the Miami Beach Police Department and the Miami Beach Police Athletic League.
Taking place at Altos Del Mar Park on Wednesday, August 6, the Miami Beach PD & Athletic League Beach Cleanup invites volunteers to take part in preserving local marine environments while learning about ocean conservation. Cleanup supplies will be provided, including gloves, buckets and pickers, and attendees are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and wear reef-safe sun protection and closed-toed shoes.
Look for the turtle flag near the 76th Street entrance. Community service hours are available for those who arrive on time.
