Cocktail Class at Hakkasan

Guests can learn the basics of classic cocktail-making during a hands-on class at Hakkasan inside Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Offered every Friday through August 21, the class guides participants through the preparation of two cocktails with instruction from an expert bartender.

Known for its Chinois haute cuisine and richly designed dining room, Hakkasan takes its name from the Hakka people of Hong Kong’s New Territories, paired with “san,” a Japanese term of respect. The cocktail class offers an interactive introduction to mixing, shaking, garnishing and tasting, giving attendees a practical behind-the-bar experience in a Miami Beach setting.
