Crazy Hood Day 2026: The Alchemist, DJ Craze & More

Hip-hop producer The Alchemist headlines a gathering of DJs, MCs, freestyle battles and live art marking 33 years of Crazy Hood Productions. Crazy Hood Day takes place Saturday, November 28, at Lincoln’s Beard Brewing Co., running from late afternoon through midnight. Founded by DJ EFN in Miami in 1993, Crazy Hood grew from a local hip-hop crew into a music and multimedia company.

The lineup features:

• The Alchemist: The headlining producer is known for sample-driven beats and collaborations with artists including Mobb Deep, Nas and Freddie Gibbs.
• DJ Craze: A special DJ set from the Miami-raised turntablist, who won three consecutive DMC World Championships.
• Additional artists: DJ Klassik, Statik Selektah, DJ Nasty (aka PP Armstrong), DJ One Track, DJ LordJazz, DJ Sharpsound, Wrekonize, Da All and Craig G.

D-Stroy, DJ EFN and The Crazy Hoods host the event, which also includes live art by Dise M. The “Who’s Crazy on the Mic?” freestyle elimination battle challenges participating MCs to improvise without written verses, with a prize pack awarded to the winner.

Entry is free from 4–7 p.m. Paid admission is $20 in advance through Eventbrite or $25 at the door.
