These 60-minute classes are led by local instructors and take place directly on the sand, offering hotel guests an easy way to incorporate wellness into their stay without advance registration.
The weekly schedule includes:
- Rise Yoga on Mondays and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
- Power Sculpt on Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m.
- Mindful Alignment on Wednesdays at 9 a.m.
- Bliss Yoga on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m.
- Pulse Pilates on Fridays at 9 a.m.
- Seaside Sweat on Sundays at 9 a.m.
Each session focuses on a different approach to fitness, from strength-based sculpting and Pilates to restorative and alignment-centered yoga practices.
