Donation Based Yoga with Life Center

Outdoor yoga brings an all-levels community practice to the 400 block of Lincoln Road in Miami Beach each Saturday morning. Presented by Miami Life Center in partnership with the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District, the donation-based class welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners for an hour of movement and breath on the South Beach pedestrian promenade.

Classes take place in the plaza outside Miami Life Center’s Lincoln Road pop-up location at 437 Lincoln Road, across from Zara. Miami Life Center is a longtime South Florida yoga school with roots in Ashtanga practice and offers classes, workshops and holistic programming at its Miami locations.

Participants should bring a yoga mat and water. Admission is donation-based.
