Earth Week Miami
Apr 22, 2026 - Apr 26, 2026
Environmental tours, beach cleanups and ocean activities highlight a weeklong series of programs focused on sustainability and conservation across Miami and Miami Beach. Earth Week Miami 2026 takes place April 22 through April 26 at various locations throughout the region.
Now in its fifth year, the initiative expands Earth Day into a full week of events organized by The ECO Channel, bringing together environmental advocates, educators and community members for activities centered on climate awareness, conservation and sustainable innovation. The program includes educational experiences, outdoor service projects and discussions addressing environmental challenges and solutions.
Planned activities throughout the week include:
- ECO activations and sustainability programming
- Art Deco Sustainability Tour at The Wolfsonian–FIU in Miami Beach
- Beach cleanup efforts with CleanMiamiBeach.org
- Conservation and environmental discussions
- Dive With Pride snorkeling and scuba experiences at The ReefLine, Miami Beach’s underwater sculpture park
- The Eco Swap focused on reuse, recycling and repurposing
Additional highlights include an Art Deco Sustainability tour and beach cleanup scheduled for April 24 in Miami Beach, as well as the Dive With Pride ocean exploration program on April 25 departing from Miami Beach Marina.
Presented by The ECO Channel, the initiative also recognizes the environmental contributions of conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall and environmental journalist Tatiana Schlossberg while encouraging community participation in sustainability-focused activities throughout the week.
