The Father’s Day Dinner at Prime 54 takes place Sunday, June 15 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Guests will enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu curated by Executive Chef Michael Paley, with each course paired with selections from Johnnie Walker’s portfolio of aged Scotch whiskies.
The evening concludes with a guided Blender’s Lab experience, where attendees can create a personalized single malt blend, followed by a complimentary Kingmaker’s cigar. Priced at $175 per person, plus tax and gratuity, the dinner offers a distinctive way to mark the occasion with exceptional flavors and a refined atmosphere.
