Get a firsthand feel for what it’s like to train like a professional fighter at UFC Gym Midtown. This one-hour Muay Thai session introduces participants to authentic striking techniques used in the octagon—modified for beginners but grounded in real training methods.
The class focuses on foundational combinations, pad work and movement drills, offering an engaging and challenging workout without any sparring or contact. No experience is necessary and guests are encouraged to bring a friend at no extra cost. This free event takes place Wednesday, May 14 and is open to participants 18 and over. Space is limited to 20 spots.
