Experience the vibrant rhythms and movements of Haitian culture in an immersive folkloric dance class.
On Friday, May 9, join the celebration of Haitian Heritage Month at the Griffing Community Center. Participants will have the opportunity to learn traditional Haitian dance steps, discover the cultural significance behind them and dance to the rhythm of live drumming.
As part of the City of North Miami’s Haitian Heritage Month programming, this class is open to all skill levels, offering a fun and educational experience for those interested in exploring the traditions of Haitian dance.
