Jan 10, 2026
Starting: 5:00 PM
A collaborative, fire-driven dinner brings globally influenced flavors to an intimate farm setting just outside the city.
Ford’s Farm Dinner with Chef Pushkar Marathe takes place on Saturday, January 10, beginning at 5 p.m. at Ford’s Farm in Homestead. The evening marks the fourth installment of Chef Jeremy Ford’s ongoing dinner series, which brings together guest chefs and collaborators to explore ingredient-first cooking through live-fire techniques and seasonal sourcing.
This edition features Chef Pushkar Marathe of Stage Kitchen & Bar cooking alongside Jeremy Ford and Joe Mizzoni. Marathe’s spice-driven, globally informed approach is shaped by his upbringing in Nagpur, India, and professional experience spanning Switzerland, the Caribbean, the Middle East and the United States. His cuisine blends Indian heritage with bold flavor profiles and contemporary technique, earning national recognition including a 2023 James Beard Foundation Best Chef: South Semifinalist nomination and a 2025 Michelin Guide recognition for Stage Kitchen & Bar.
The experience begins with a complimentary cocktail and canapés served on the farm at sunset from 5 to 5:45 p.m. Guests arriving after this window may miss part of the opening course. A seated, multi-course dinner follows, with dishes created by Marathe, Ford and Mizzoni and cooked live over open fire in the barn. Each course includes both a cocktail pairing and a wine pairing, reinforcing the series’ focus on thoughtful technique, flavor and connection to place.
Priced at $200 per person, the limited-capacity dinner reflects the ethos of Chef Jeremy Ford’s dinner series, which emphasizes collaboration, sustainability and immersive farm-to-table dining designed to deepen guests’ connection to the land and the people who cook from it.
