Ghee Rave

Daytime DJ sets and Indian street-food stations come together for a restaurant-based dance party led by Dharak Patel. The event takes place Sunday, August 9 at Ghee Indian Kitchen in Wynwood. Music, cocktails and casual dining shape the afternoon’s club-meets-brunch atmosphere.

Food offerings include biryani, pani puri, pakora and other Ghee bites, along with a dedicated chai station and house cocktails. Guests can move between the dance floor and food stations throughout the event.

Led by chef Niven Patel, Ghee is known for contemporary interpretations of Indian home cooking made with produce from his family farm, Rancho Patel. The Wynwood restaurant holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction and pairs its farm-to-table menu with a fruit-forward cocktail program.
