Gothic at Midnight - An Evening of Hilarity and Horror takes place Friday, October 24 at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center, presented by the City of Aventura. Performed by New York-based actor Joshua Kane, this one-man show channels the spirit of vintage radio dramas through spine-chilling stories and larger-than-life characters. Inspired by the works of Edgar Allan Poe, Charles Dickens, Ambrose Bierce and more, Kane blends suspense and satire in an evening that evokes both laughter and unease.
With nods to the gothic stylings of Orson Welles and Vincent Price, Gothic at Midnight offers a fast-paced mix of theatrical flair, classic literature and Halloween mischief. Recommended for ages 10 and up.
