Halloween Doggie Costume Contest

Costumed dogs take center stage in Downtown Coral Gables during an annual Halloween tradition combining a pet parade, prizes and family activities. The Halloween Doggie Costume Contest returns Saturday, October 31 at the Coral Gables Museum as part of the city’s Trick-or-Treat on the Mile celebration.

Dogs and their owners are invited to participate in a costume parade, with prizes awarded in several categories for creative looks. The free, family-friendly event also brings together local vendors, small businesses and community partners for an afternoon centered on pets, costumes and neighborhood festivities.

Presented by the Coral Gables Museum, the contest has become a recurring part of Halloween programming in Downtown Coral Gables.
