Hands-On: Tiramisu al Limoncello Cooking Class

A hands-on dessert workshop at Eataly Aventura invites guests to explore a citrus-bright twist on one of Italy’s most beloved sweets.

In Hands-On: Tiramisu al Limoncello Cooking Class, participants assemble their own tiramisù using ingredients prepared by the Eataly kitchens, layering limoncello-soaked ladyfingers with rich mascarpone cream. The Scuola chef guides the group through the traditions behind the classic dessert and demonstrates the steps before guests create their own version to take home.

Attendees sample a chef-made tiramisù during the session and enjoy antipasti along with a welcome Prosecco and either a wine pairing or Italian sodas. Recipes are provided for recreating the dish at home.
