The program brings together acclaimed chefs, local farms and distillers for a multisensory experience built around flame and craft.
Heritage Fire: Whiskey & Fuego takes place Sunday, December 14. Presented by Whiskies of the World and Heritage Fire, the event features more than 20 participating chefs preparing open-fire dishes alongside over 50 whiskey partners. The chef lineup includes Giorgio Rapicavoli of Luca Osteria and Eating House, Eileen Andrade of Amelia’s 1931, Jeff Bud of Apocalypse BBQ and Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea, reflecting the depth of Miami’s culinary community. Guests can explore an array of tastings, watch chef demonstrations and vote for their favorite bite. A live performance by Spam Allstars adds to the atmosphere.
Hosted at The Biltmore Hotel, the gathering offers an all-inclusive format that encourages roaming, sampling and conversation. Open only to guests 21 and over, the event highlights the intersection of culinary technique and distilled tradition in a setting known for its historic architecture and outdoor ambiance.
