HIIT & RUN Workout at The Underline

A free community fitness class at The Underline combines strength training with a guided group run beneath Miami’s Metrorail corridor. HIIT & RUN Workout at The Underline takes place on the first and third Sunday of each month from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at The Underline Urban Gym, with July sessions held on the second and fourth Sunday instead.
Presented by Friends of The Underline and powered by Baptist Health South Florida, the 60-minute class includes 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training followed by a 30-minute run along The Underline. The session is led by instructors Decue, Mo and Manofallbyrds, with a focus on strength, endurance, pacing and consistency.
Participants should bring comfortable shoes, a refillable water bottle and a towel. The Urban Gym is located near 700 SW 1st Avenue, directly below the Brickell Metrorail Station. Walking, biking and public transit are encouraged, with paid parking available nearby at Brickell City Centre Garage and metered spaces in the surrounding area. The outdoor class is weather-dependent, and The Underline is wheelchair accessible.
