III Points Satellite: Donefor, We're Wolves, Twin Rova & More

Florida metal, post-hardcore and alternative rock converge at Las Rosas for a free III Points Satellite show led by DONEFOR. Held Friday, October 16 in Allapattah, the 21-and-over lineup also features We’re Wolves, Twin Rova, Wasted Era and DJ Lindersmash as part of the festival’s weeklong programming across Miami.

Fort Myers-based DONEFOR describes its genre-blurring mix of metal, pop punk, emo, reggae and hard rock as “ADHDCORE,” while West Palm Beach’s We’re Wolves combines alternative rock, hard rock and metalcore. Orlando trio Twin Rova leans toward melodic alternative and pop rock, and South Florida band Wasted Era brings a heavier metalcore and post-hardcore sound built around melodic passages, aggressive vocals and technical guitar work. DJ Lindersmash rounds out the bill.

Las Rosas is a graffiti-lined Allapattah bar and live-music venue with a longstanding connection to Miami’s underground rock, punk and metal scenes. Reopened after a multiyear closure, the venue centers its live programming around an expanded stage while retaining the dive-bar character associated with its original run.
