International Day of Peace

Art, youth voices and a community peace march come together at Miami Beach Botanical Garden in observance of the International Day of Peace. The gathering takes place Friday, September 18, bringing students and community members together around themes of peace, dialogue and collective responsibility.
Programming includes a peace assembly, youth discussion and an exhibition of student artwork, followed by a peace march open to participants of all ages. The event centers on the theme “Invest in Peace — For Everyone, Everywhere, Every Day.”
