Santa suits and jingling running shoes bring a holiday twist to a morning 5K at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park on Key Biscayne. Taking place Saturday, December 19, the annual Jingle Bell Jog outfits participants in Santa costumes and provides bells to tie to their shoes before they set out on the waterfront course.
The 5K begins at 7:15 a.m., followed by the Elf Dash at 8:30 a.m. All 5K participants receive a Santa suit and pair of jingle bells, while finishers receive a holiday-themed medal.
Registration for the 5K starts at $40 plus fees, with prices increasing as race day approaches. The Elf Dash is $20 plus fees.
