Go behind the scenes at one of Miami's most iconic sports venues with an exclusive guided exploration of championship history and state-of-the-art facilities. The Kaseya Center All-Access Tour is available on select days, from Wednesday through Saturday, offering visitors an opportunity to see areas typically off-limits to the public.
This 1 to 1.5 hour guided experience takes you through the home of the three-time NBA Champion Miami HEAT, including stops at the team's training facilities, premium arena suites and lounges, and the media control room that powers the venue's world-class events.
Adult tickets are available for visitors 18 years and older, while minor tickets accommodate those aged 2-17 (all minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult). Children under 2 years old may join the tour at no charge.
Guests should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled tour time and be aware that certain items are prohibited, including bags larger than 10" x 6" x 2", outside food and beverages, recording devices with auxiliary lenses and other restricted items. While tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, refunds will be issued if a tour is canceled due to low participation. The Kaseya Center management reserves the right to inspect all bags upon entry.
