Kindred Spirit | Mural Masters

Soul Basel brings Miami Art Week to Overtown December 3–6, transforming the 9th Street Pedestrian Mall into a vibrant four-day celebration of live art, music and culture presented by MUCE (Miami Urban Contemporary Experience). From Thursday through Saturday, admission is free, with a dynamic lineup featuring the Mural Masters Invitational, an arena-style live mural competition where artists go head-to-head for a $10,000 grand prize, along with the Kindred Spirit exhibition, artist talks and live music.

Friday night, the Soul Basel Revival fills the mall with more than a dozen gospel groups and performers from Miami churches, while Saturday features the Mural Masters Finals and an evening music program.

The weekend culminates Sunday with the ticketed Mojito Runway: Miami Soul Basel x Mojito, an all-black closing celebration featuring Reggae, Afrobeats and more. With valet service available, guests are invited to become part of the spectacle—every guest is part of the runway. You are the art.
