A multi-artist concert brings together leading voices from merengue, salsa, bachata and música típica for a large-scale tropical music showcase in Miami.
La Invasión Tropical arrives at Kaseya Center on Saturday, February 7, presented by El Nuevo Zol 106.7 FM as part of its La Música Concert Series. The lineup features Elvis Crespo, Víctor Manuelle, Jerry Rivera, Frank Reyes, El Blachy and DJ Alex Sensation, spanning several generations and styles within Caribbean and Latin popular music.
Merengue artist Elvis Crespo is known for international hits such as “Suavemente,” while Víctor Manuelle and Jerry Rivera represent distinct eras of salsa romántica with extensive chart success. Bachata singer Frank Reyes adds a Dominican perspective rooted in the genre’s traditional and contemporary forms.
El Blachy represents the Dominican Republic’s música típica tradition, an accordion-driven form of merengue associated with Santiago de los Caballeros. A Premio Soberano-winning artist, he is recognized for contributing to the genre’s recent resurgence while maintaining its traditional rhythmic foundation.
The concert also features Alex Sensation, whose role as a DJ and radio personality bridges live performance and club culture, keeping the focus on dance-floor energy throughout the event. A Courtside Club upgrade is available separately for ticket holders, offering early access, food and beverage service, and in-and-out privileges during the show.
