Live Jazz at The Betsy: Carole Ann Taylor

Vocalist Carole Ann Taylor joins the Angel Perez Trio for a series of featured evenings within The Betsy’s daily Live Jazz program in South Beach. Performances take place September 19, October 17, November 21 and December 19 in the hotel’s Piano Bar, pairing Taylor’s vocals with an ensemble of South Florida jazz musicians.

Taylor is known for a warm, expressive approach shaped by jazz’s improvisational tradition and an easy rapport with audiences. She performs with pianist Angel Perez, a Miami-born musician and University of Miami Frost School of Music graduate, alongside drummer Brandon Lee Lewis and Cuban-American bassist Renée Cruz.

Music begins with Perez at the piano before Taylor’s featured set later in the evening. Guests may listen from the Piano Bar or reserve a table at LT Steak & Seafood for dinner during the performance.
