Los Tigres del Norte

Accordion melodies and corridos about migration, family and life across the U.S.–Mexico border define the music of Los Tigres del Norte. The group brings its Los Tigres del Mundo 2027 tour to the James L. Knight Center in downtown Miami on Friday, March 26, 2027. The concert draws on a repertoire that includes “La Jaula de Oro,” “Jefe de Jefes” and “Contrabando y Traición.”

Originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, and based in San Jose, California, the family band has spent more than five decades bringing norteño music to international audiences. Multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy winners, Los Tigres del Norte are known for narrative songs that connect personal stories with broader questions of identity, social inequality and cultural tradition.
