Made in Market: Pizza Making Class

Hand-stretched dough and personalized toppings are the focus of a chef-led pizza-making class at Market at EDITION in The Miami Beach EDITION. Taking place Thursday, November 19, Made in Market introduces techniques behind Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s pizzas through demonstration and hands-on preparation.
The chef demonstrates how to make dough from scratch before guiding participants through stretching, shaping and balancing sauce, cheese and toppings. Each guest creates two pizzas to enjoy fresh from the oven with a beverage of their choice, then takes home the recipe.
The experience is open to guests ages 18 and older. Valet parking starts at $35, plus applicable charges; nearby street parking is limited.
