Magic of Mushrooms: An Exotic Tasting Experience takes place on October 25, November 15 and December 13 at 2417 North Miami Avenue. The menu features a range of vegan-friendly dishes, from truffle-infused mushroom consommé and lion’s mane “crab” cakes to crispy maitake skewers, morel and cashew cream crostini, and pickled chanterelle with pear. Designed to appeal to both dedicated mushroom lovers and adventurous eaters, the tasting showcases the depth and versatility of fungi in modern cuisine.
