May the 4th Be With You Cleanup

Volunteers are invited to take part in a beach cleanup effort focused on protecting the coastal environment while fostering community engagement.
The May the 4th Be With You Cleanup, presented by Clean Miami Beach, will take place on Sunday, May 4 at 8040 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The gathering spot is in the park near the beach entrance at 81st Street, marked by a turtle flag. Organized in collaboration with Ethique Beauty, Delta Air Lines and the City of Miami Beach, this event is open to participants of all ages.
Cleanup supplies will be provided, including buckets, bags, pickers and sanitized gardening gloves. Volunteers are encouraged to wear closed-toed shoes for dune areas and bring their own reusable water bottles, as a refill station will be available. Reef-safe sun protection and hats are also recommended.
Limited metered parking is available nearby. Participants seeking community service hours must arrive on time, as the event begins promptly at 5:00 p.m.
