Merrick Open House Holiday Celebration
Dec 13, 2026
From: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Caroling, student musical performances and homemade cookies fill an afternoon at the historic Coral Gables Merrick House. The annual Merrick Open House Holiday Celebration takes place Sunday, December 13, with free admission and activities for families.
Visitors can take photos with Santa, make holiday crafts and browse participating vendors. The Palmetto Elementary Jazz Ensemble and Coral Gables Elementary Chorus provide live music. Guests are also invited to bring an unused, unwrapped toy for the Coral Gables Fire Department Toy Drive.
The open house is hosted by the Merrick House Governing Board and Docents in partnership with the City of Coral Gables Department of Historical Resources and Cultural Arts.
