Miami Beach Freedom U.S.A. 250 Celebration

An outdoor exhibition exploring themes of patriotism, culture and coastal life is presented at Galería Ocean Drive in Lummus Park on Miami Beach. On view from May 21 through July 15, the installation is part of the national 250th anniversary celebration.
Curated by the City of Miami Beach Office of the Mayor and Commission in partnership with the Hyundai Air & Sea Show, the exhibit highlights American identity through a local lens, reflecting the city’s connection to both national history and its beachfront environment. The open-air gallery setting places the works along Ocean Drive between 11th and 12th streets, allowing visitors to experience the exhibition as part of a walk through the park.
An opening event takes place Thursday, May 21 at 4 p.m., marking the official unveiling of the exhibition. Admission is free and open to the public.
