Miami Rum Renaissance Festival

Rum enthusiasts can explore global styles, production methods and rare expressions during a two-day festival devoted to the spirit’s history and contemporary range. The annual Rum Renaissance Festival returns to Coral Gables Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14, pairing educational seminars with a large public tasting featuring producers, importers and boutique brands from across the rum world.

Friday’s program at the Courtyard by Marriott Coral Gables features three seminars examining rum through guided educational sessions, with food and refreshments served between presentations. Saturday’s Grand Tasting moves to the Coral Gables Woman’s Club, where admission includes a tasting glass and unlimited samples from participating exhibitors.

The Grand Tasting also includes the Private Collection, a separate bar highlighting limited-edition, luxury and collectible rums, along with exhibitors offering bottles for purchase. Presented by Rob’s Rum Guide, the festival is designed for both enthusiasts and industry professionals interested in discovering new releases alongside established producers.
