Miccosukee Indian Arts & Crafts Festival

Indigenous artists and performers from across the Americas share their work through an arts marketplace, cultural demonstrations, music and dance. The annual Miccosukee Indian Arts & Crafts Festival returns Saturday, December 26 and Sunday, December 27 at Miccosukee Indian Village in the Florida Everglades. Programming includes the Miccosukee Fashion Show, alligator demonstrations, Native foods and activities for children.

Among the featured participants, Ameyal Mexican Cultural Organization presents the Tonalxochitl Aztec Dance Community in Keeping Ancient Traditions Alive. Led by Indigenous artist Cecilia Ortega, Ameyal brings together artists and families to share Mexican cultural traditions through multidisciplinary performances and community engagement.

Complimentary shuttle service connects Miccosukee Casino & Resort with the village during the festival, subject to schedule and availability. The festival grounds are located along U.S. 41 at Mile Marker 36. Cellular service may be limited at the village.
