Mike's Amazing® Burger Bash

Chefs from Miami and across the country put their interpretations of the burger to the test at a beachfront tasting and competition hosted by Rachael Ray. The annual Mike’s Amazing Burger Bash, presented by Schweid & Sons, returns Thursday, February 25 as part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival® . The event takes place at the American Airlines North Venue, on the beach behind The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach in Miami Beach.
Guests can sample competing burgers, from smashed patties to elaborate stacked creations, alongside wine, spirits and music. Judges Geoffrey Zakarian and Joshua Weissman select the Schweid & Sons The Very Best Burger winner, while attendees cast their votes for the People’s Choice Award.
Participating restaurants include La Birra Bar, Skinny Louie, PINCHO, OFF SITE Kitchen, Cuento Sandwiches, The Joyce, Prime 112 and Jack’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers. Cry Baby Creamery is also among the featured participants.
General admission is $279, including all food, drinks and fees. The event is open to ages 21 and older, with a casual chic dress code.
