Moonlight Kayak Tour

Let the moonlight illuminate your path as you navigate Biscayne Bay on the Deering Estate's guided Moonlight Kayak Tour. The tour departs from Charles Deering’s boat basin and paddles out towards Chicken Key, a seven-acre mangrove island and bird rookery approximately one mile off-shore. Recommended for intermediate paddlers, ages 18 and over. Space is limited.

All kayaks are two-seat, tandem kayaks. Purchasing tickets in sets of two is recommended. Single-registered kayakers will be paired with another single-registered kayaker.

Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable paddling clothing that can get wet. Bring snacks and water. Mosquitos may be encountered, please come prepared. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. The tour meets at the Visitor Center
