Mother's Day Bay Cruise

Biscayne Bay views and a daytime catamaran ride offer a relaxed Mother’s Day outing from Deering Estate. Mother’s Day Bay Cruise takes place Sunday, May 9, departing from the estate aboard the Pelican Skipper, a 45-foot Corinthian catamaran. The cruise includes time on the bay, a complimentary glass of champagne for guests 21 and older and same-day access to explore the estate grounds during regular operating hours.

Cruise options include:

• Morning cruise: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Afternoon cruise: 2 to 4 p.m.

The vessel complies with Coast Guard regulations and is ADA accessible. The program is open to adults and youth ages 4 and older. Weather and water conditions are monitored before departure, and cruises may be canceled or rescheduled if conditions require.

Tickets are $65 per person and available via Miami-Dade County ParkLink, with a discount available for Deering Estate Foundation members. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in at the Main Gate, with a second check-in before boarding. Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for late arrivals.
